Lagoon Restaurant
Situated just off the main jetty, opposite the Sunset Restaurant, the Lagoon Bar is our main bar on the island housing our weekly schedule of entertainment. it has both inside and outside seating, as the wooden decking stretched out over the crystal clear waters. The Lagoon Bar offers the best seat in the house for witnessing some of the truly magnificent Maldivian sunsets.
Lagoon Bar offers tropical fruity alcoholic and non-alcoholic exotic cocktails with one of the largest sundecks in the Maldives that just the right size for those who love privacy and has live music and disco plus other entertainments such as our special Maldivian Cultural Show with demonstrations of some basic house life in the Maldives.
Sunset Restaurant
Sunset Restaurant is one of the Largest Restaurant over the water restaurants in the Maldives. Sunset Restaurant offers a multinational gastronomic pleasure to all our clients by bringing in Italian, Chinese, South East Asian, and Mediterranean cuisine together with its large open-air sundeck giving just the right mood for honeymooners to make their stay unforgettable.
Dhoni Bar
The only bar in the Maldives that has a shape of a DHONI (Traditional Maldivian Boat). Dhoni Bar offers exotic alcoholic fruit cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks such as smoothies along with its B.B.Q Grille offering snack and ice cream all through out the day with its swimming pool services with no entertainments. Its just the right place for relaxation day in an day out.
Sunrise Bar
Located in amongst palm trees and pool area, the Sunrise Bar is the perfect location in which to catch the sunrise and to spend a lazy day sunbathing around the pool. All of the recreation facilities are a stone's throw away, and the views over the beach and lagoon are breathtaking.
Sunrise Pool Bar / Recreation Centre open from morning till midnight or last guest. Sunrise bar offers health drinks and exotic cocktails together with its gymnasium and other sports activities along with billiards, badminton, tennis, table tennis with karaoke lounge.

Minimum Stay Requirements
-There is a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights for all bookings falling into the peak period December 24, 2007 and 6th January 2008.
Mandatory Handling Fee
-A mandatory handling fee of USD 10.00 per person and to be added on top of the quoted price.
Mandatory Christmas & New Year’s Supplements
-The mandatory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner Supplement (December 24th) is of USD 100.00 per adult and 50%
discount per child aged between 2 and 12.
-The mandatory New Years Eve Gala Dinner Supplement (December 31st) is of USD 150.00 per adult and 50%
discount per child aged between 2 and 12.
Transfers
-Return speedboat transfer will come at a rate of USD 150.00 per person.
All Inclusive Entitlements
-Full board meals (daily breakfast, lunch and dinner). Afternoon tea with sandwhiches, unlimited soft drinks
(coke / fanta / sprite), still mineral water, fruit juices (canned), house wine, beers, regular brands of
whiskey, gin, vodka, rum. All drinks are served in glasses. Drinks are served at the main bar, restaurant
and pool bars. These drinks are available from 10.00 until midnight.
Wines served in bottle, premium brands, champagne and mini bar items are NOT included in the “All Inclusive”
option.
It alss includes the use of the fitness center, volleyball, table tennis, dart, tennis in the daylight.
All items & facilities not indicated in the above All Inclusive plan will be charged according to the
published rates at the resort.
Optional Meal Supplements
-Lunch will come at a rate of USD 30.00 per person per day.
-All Inclusive (on half board) will come at a rate of USD 66.00 per person per day.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your
credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card
details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information
verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Between November 1st 2007 and April 30th 2008
-Cancellations received 29 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a
cancellation fee.
-Cancellations received after 28 days will be charged 25% of the total stay.
-Cancellation received after 21 days will be charged 50% of the total stay.
-Cancellation received after 14 days will be charged 75% of the total stay.
-Cancellation received after 7 days will be charged 100% of the total stay.
-No shows and early departures will then result to the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Between May 1st and October 31st 2008
-Cancellations received 22 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a
cancellation fee.
-Cancellations received after 21 days will be charged 15% of the total stay.
-Cancellations received after 14 days will be charged 50% of the total stay.
-Cancellation received after 7 days will be charged 75% of the total stay.
-Cancellation received after 3 days wil be charged 100% of the total stay.
-No shows and early departures will then result the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children aged between 2 and 12 will get a 50% discount on adults mealplans, on transfers and on other supplementary charges.
-Infants will be charged USD 8.00 per night as government bed tax.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
