The boat arriving from the airport begins the approach to Laguna from behind the island, making a broad sweep to enter its lagoon through a gap in the coral. From the sea, the island looks like a grove of coconut palms floating in the dreamy blue water of its private lagoon.
The beach wraps the island in a soft cocoon of sand - a leisurely stroll for the devoted beachcomber and a blissful setting for romantic moments.
The blue and gold of the horizon, the shades of green touching the lagoon, lend spectacular color to this tropical hideaway. A resort of both elegance and relaxed atmosphere - it is large enough to find quiet seclusion and small enough to share with loved ones.

Soothing hands and rejuvenating oils work their magic on a weary body and soul at the spa exclusive to Laguna guests. Full body Aromatherapy or Ayurveda massages are available as well as beauty treatments and a steam plunge pool. There is a steam room, free for guests having a massage. Skin painting (Mahendi Decoration) is done by an expert using traditional dyes.
Scuba Diving
The dive centre is located in a modern, fully-equipped building on the arrival pier and has all equipment available for rent. It is run to very high standards by VIT (CMAS), SSI and PADI qualified instructors. Full instruction is given for beginners and dives are made to the most popular dive sites in the area including caves, reefs, canyons and shark points.

Laguna is blessed with a range of luxury accommodation designed to suit the demands of guests of good taste. All the rooms are deluxe category or better with fantastic views of the beach and tropical gardens.
Deluxe Rooms
Situated in two storey blocks featuring four identical rooms. All rooms feature either a veranda or balcony. Simple in design and tastefully laid out and decorated with ample space and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge, in room safe, coffee and tea making facilities, IDD telephone, hairdryer.
Deluxe Bungalows
The individual bungalows are cottage like in design with entrance from a veranda. The four poster bed is situated on a raised level behind the seating area. The spacious bathroom leads through to a private outdoor shower set in a small tropical garden.

Water Suite
Modern in interior design whilst maintaining a natural feel with thatched roofs. The rooms have an open plan design using contemporary material and are extremely spacious with a lower level seating area with sofa. The luxurious bathroom features a large picture window overlooking the crystal clear turquoise lagoon. The sundeck has a stunning ocean view and ensures maximum privacy.

Rates Includes
-All rates shown are per room/suite and include all taxes and breakfast.
Mandatory Handling Fee
-A mandatory handling fee of USD 10.00 per person and to be added on top of the quoted price.
Transfers
-Return fastboat transfers will come at a rate of USD 80.00 per adult and for children ages 2-12 years will come at a rate of USD 45.00 per child.
-Infants on complimentary basis.
Obligatory Supplements
-Christmas Eve Dinner wil come at a rate of USD 105.00 per adult and USD 52.50 per child.

Room Occupancy

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received 19 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-If a cancellation is received between 18 and 10 days prior to arrival, an additional 25% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
-If a cancellation is received between 10 and 6 days prior to arrival, then a 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
-If a cancellation is received between 6 days to 72 hours prior to arrival then 75% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
-If a cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival or no shows, then the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.

-Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
