The hotel is less than 32 kilometres away Male International airport, and can be reached by speed boat in an hour or in a typical dhoni, a boat used by locals to reach various islands.

35 Lagoon Villas separated from each other with private sun decks and individual ladders providing easy access from deck to shallow waters; and 30 Garden Villas a few feet from the shore with individual hammocks on the beach. All villas have private balconies or sundecks, private bathrooms, air-conditioning, colour television with in-house movies & satellite channels, IDD telephone, personal safe, mini bar, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.

Taj Coral Reef : Taj Coral Reef has 12 lagoon Villas. Built over the shallow crystal clear blue water of the Lagoon this villa has direct access to the lagoon from its private sundeck. The villa is spacious and boasts of a beautiful lagoon view through large glass bay windows. 70 Sq meters in size with a Double Bed, Satellite TV, IDD Telephone, Hair dryer, Mini bar, Electronic safe, Bath with a glass wall and separate shower, Air-conditioning, Dressing/luggage room and a Terrace with ladder leading to the Lagoon.
Beach Villa
With 23 Beach Villas, facing the azure blue ocean and directly on its pristine beaches the Beach villa at Taj Coral Reef is beautifully designed and boasts of extra space and a refreshing out door shower. 45 Sq meters in size with a Double Bed, Satellite TV, IDD Telephone, Mini bar, Hair dryer, Electronic safe, Bathroom with separate indoor and out door shower, Air-conditioning and Patio.
Deluxe Lagoon Villa - Taj Coral Reef
The Resort has 20 Deluxe Lagoon villa that are newly renovated with luxurious new furniture and fixtures. These rooms are also equipped with a DVD player, flat screen TV and access to our mini DVD collection. An extra large bed and a day bed is another feature of this unique Villa.
Deluxe Beach Villa - Taj Coral Reef
There are a total of 6 Deluxe Beach villa that are newly renovated with luxurious new furniture and fixtures. This room is also equipped with a DVD player, flat screen TV and access to our mini DVD collection. An extra large bed and a day bed is another feature of this unique Villa.

How to get to the hotel? |
|
Flanked by a host of other islands, rocks, shoals and small sand mounds forming the Male Atoll, Hembadhu Island is home to Taj Coral Reef Resort. The island is dominated by the presence of magnificent coconut palms sprouting from velvety white sand, and lush and abundant underwater flora and fauna. The resort is located 32 km away from Male International Airport and can be reached by speed boat in an hour.

Rates Includes
-All rates shown are per room/suite and include all taxes and breakfast.
Mandatory Handling Fee
-A mandatory handling fee of USD 10.00 per person and to be added on top of the quoted price.
Transfers
-Infants are free of charge.
-Return speedboat transfers will come at a rate of USD 120.00 per adult and for child ages 2-14 years will come at a rate of USD 65.00 per child.
-Return speedboat transfers per child below 2 years of age is free of charge.
Optional Meal Supplements
-Lunch will come at a rate of USD 17.00 per person per lunch.
-Dinner will come at a rate of USD 25.00 per person per dinner.
-All Inclusive will come at a rate of USD 75.00 per person per day to be added to BB rate.
Christmas and New Year Supplement
-Compulsory supplement for Christmas Eve Dinner will come at a rate of USD 90.00 per person per event.
-Compulsory supplement for New Year's Eve Dinner will come at a rate of USD 125.00 per person per event.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Between January 9, 2007 and 30 April 2007
-Cancellations received within 18 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a retention charge.
-Cancellations received within 17 days prior to arrival, another 50% retention charge will apply.
-Cancellations received within 10 days or less prior to arrival will result to a 100% retention charge.
-No shows and early departures will result on the full amount of stay being charged as cancellation fee.
Between May 1, 2007 to July 15, 2007 and September 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007
-Cancellations received within 8 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a retention charge.
-Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival, another 50% retention charge will apply.
-Cancellations received within 3 days or less prior to arrival will result to a 100% retention charge.
-No shows and early departures will result on the full amount of stay being charged as cancellation fee.
Between July 16, 2007 and 31 August 2007
-Cancellations received within 15 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a retention charge.
-Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival, another 50% retention charge will apply.
-Cancellations received within 7 days or less prior to arrival will result to a 100% retention charge.

Children Policy
-Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.

Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
