Beach Villa
Beach villas are individually appointed and circular in shape, the roof depicting the shape of the reowned Nautilus shell compliment the beauty of the natural surrounding. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fan, air-conditioning, room safe, mini bar, IDD telephone, satellite television, a four-poster king sized bed, a comfortable divan which can accomodate an additional third person, sitting area,writing desk, a seperate dressing area with full length mirror. The en-suite bathroom is large with an enclosed courtyard for maximum privacy. Bathroom amenities include an open air bathtub, hot/cold water, hairdryer and toiletries. Double glass paneled doors lead out to a large timber deck, which overlooks the beautiful beach and lagoon. The rooms are luxuriously furnished with custom made teak furniture and lightings.
Jacuzzi Water Villa
Amidst the beautiful furnishing, gueats will find an array of luxury amenities including air-conditioning,ceiling fan, room safe, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities,spacious sitting area with custom teak furniture, four-poster king sized bed, IDD telephone, writing desk, satellite television, CD player. The luxury en-suite bathroom offers all amenities including toiletries, bathtub and bidet,hot/cold water and hairdryer. The villa come with an extendid deck overlooking the lagoon with chaise lounges for private sunbathing. a private jacuzzi and a swim-up platform, which provides direct access to the lagoon through private stairs.
Honeymoon Water Villa
Discover island life at its fullest in these luxurious villa each of which offers the same amenities as that in the Jacuzzi water villa. In addition these villas come with a seperate living room with glass peneting on three sides offering a panoramic view.
Presidential Water Suite
This suite offer the height of luxury of those seeking paradise. Situated at the far end, where the two footbridges meet the suite will offer complete privacy and an un-paralleled view. The spectacular glass walled living room provides stunning views of the surroundings. The suite will be fitted with the finest furnishing and amenities, combining modern design classics and traditional Maldivian architecture. The suite will comprise 2 king-size bedrooms with four-poster beds, a luxury en-suite bathroom with designer amenities and a kitchenette. Outside on the double leveled timber deck is a private plunge pool,open air jacuzzi chaise lounges.

Rates Includes
-All rates shown are per room/suite and on half board basis include all taxes.
-For Presidential Water Suite rates are on bed & breakfast and applicable for 4 occupants.
Mandatory Handling Fee
-A mandatory handling fee of USD 10.00 per person and to be added on top of the quoted price.
Minimum Stay Requirements
-There is a minimum stay of 7 days required for all bookings for between the 24nd December 2006 and the 10th January 2007.
Mandatory Christmas & New Year’s Supplements
-The mandatory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner Supplement (December 24th) is of USD 75.00 per adult and of USD 37.50 per child aged between 2 and 12.
-The mandatory New Years Eve Gala Dinner Supplement (December 31st) is of USD 100.00 per adult and of USD 50.00 per child aged between 2 and 12.
Transfers
-Return seaplane transfers come at a rate of USD 280.00 per person.
-Seaplane transfer is applicable in daytime only.
Optional Meal Supplements
-Lunch will come at a rate of USD 25.00 per person per day.
-All Inclusive (on HB) will come at a rate of USD 66.00 per person per day.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will apply as a penalty.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.

-Children over the age of 12 and over are considered adults.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
