DIVE Center H
erathera Dive Center is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and offers a wide range of PADI diving courses on all levels; from beginners to professional Divemaster level.
The Dive Center is well equipped with modern diving gear and support equipment that consists of Bauer compressors, aluminium tanks, Aqualung regulators with octopus, SPG and SeaQuest Spectrum 4 BCDs. Hartenberger Torches, Aladin Pro dive computers, wet suits, backpacks, adapters and such are available for those who may need them to complete their equipment.
Digital cameras in underwater housings and Underwater Propulsion Scooters are also available for rental.

The 180 Beach Villas are individual wooden bungalows located on the beach, offering a beautiful view of the lagoon or ocean and with a private, walled-in backyard covered with white sand, chaise lounges, a shade umbrella and tropical plants.
All guest rooms feature tropical decor, king size bed, wood floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sitting area, stocked mini bar with refrigerator, tea/coffee machine, IDD telephone, flat screen LCD cable TV, CD/DVD player, personal safe, partially open-air bathroom with shower, bath accessories and hair dryer, a porch with lounge furniture and nightly turndown service. Currency
• All rates shown are in US $.
Rates Includes
• All rates shown are per room/suite and include all taxes and on full board basis.
• Rates are not applicable for German and Italian Markets, due to exclusivity rights.
Mandatory Handling Fee
• A mandatory handling fee of USD 10.00 per person and to be added on top of the quoted price.
Transfers
• Return transfer by Air (domestic flights) to Gan Airport from Male (70 minutes) and then by speedboat (20 minutes) to the resort will come at a rate of USD 296.00 per person and children 2-11 years at a rate of USD 212.00 per child. Children below 2 years will come at a rate of USD 52.00 per child.
Optional Meal Supplements
• All Inclusive supplement will come at a rate of USD 30.00 per person per night.
Minimum Stay Requirements
• There is a 6 nights minimum stay required for all bookings.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
• The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
• For ancellations received 8 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival will result in the full amount being charged as a penalty fee.
• No Shows will result to a full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departures.
Children Policy
• Children of age 15 years and older are accepted in Jacuzzi Beach Villa.
• Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
• Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Children aged between 2 and 12
Between 1st January 2008 and 30th April 2008
• USD 49.00 per day in a Beach Villa.
Between 1st May 2008 and 31st October 2008
• USD 44.00 per day in a Beach Villa.
Children Meal Supplements
• All Inclusive supplement will come at a rate of USD 15.00 per child per night.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
